I’m back at it again this week with another one of my Paris posts!
This time I wanted to talk to you about my amazing stay at Monhotel Paris.
I seriously fell in love with this place. I want to give you a detailed explanation about my stay here because I liked it so much, I will surely return to this hotel. Like the phrase says, they had me at “hello”, or should I say “bonjour”? lol
I had the pleasure of being welcomed at this amazing place on my birthday and I couldn’t wait for that. From the moment we got there, we saw we were near a very familiar avenue in Paris, and that’s because this hotel is located 2 mins away from the the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Elysées. In fact, it’s in the same area as the Faubourg Saint-Honoré, a hot spot where you can find luxury department stores, gourmet restaurants and art galleries.
You can imagine my happiness by seeing the beautiful and traditional Parisian stone facade as we walked in. Sighhh.
I was welcomed by a super nice lady who gave us the key to our room and explained a couple of things about the hotel.
The inside of the hotel was decorated with chandeliers and the lights were dimmed to give the lobby a very romantic feeling. The color scheme of the hotel is black and white (which I love) with some red detailing such as a scattering of red roses here and there. Très chic!
We went straight to our room, and when we opened the door I was so happy and delighted to find some red petals, a swan-shaped towel decoration, and a thoughtful note on our bed. Could they be any more attentive?
The room we stayed in, the very spacious “Club room“, is part of their Couture collection of rooms.
We noticed it had so many seating areas, including this little couch next to the bed with a beautiful view of their balcony.
Another seating area was this one with two elegant chairs and a small table. There was also a full sized mirror, which I like because I love to check out my outfits before leaving the hotel to explore the city.
It also had a small desk where you could find some information about the hotel. Next to it was the mini fridge and a coffee machine, which we really appreciated because coffee is a MUST for us every morning.
An interesting (i.e. pretty weird) fact about me is that one of my favorite parts about hotels are their bathrooms. I looove checking out their bathrooms and this hotel’s was a complete success! This restroom had a window with a magnificent view of the Parisian rooftops and I was more than pleased with it. No dissapointment whatsover.
The bathroom was completely marbled out and looked incredibly elegant. I loved the fact that it had a rain showerhead because I find them so relaxing. It also had everything you need in terms of your bathroom necessities: a hair dryer, bathrobes, slippers and some carefully selected products such as a feminine hygiene set, a massage pad, a shaving kit, a dental kit and more. Was it love at first sight? Yes, it definitely was.
Now, let’s talk about the BEST part of this room: the terrace. Oh… that terrace. If only I could have that view every morning. The balcony had a nice set of chairs and table to either take in the views by themselves or accompanied by a delicious French breakfast or some cocktails. I went with the breakfast option and it was so beautiful. I had the best view of the Parisian buildings surrounding me. Croissants, coffee, orange juice, jams and my boyfriend — it was all very romantic, to say the least.
The hotel also has a beautiful spa to wind down in and a gym for those who just can’t stay away.
Another amazing spot at this hotel is their boudouir style bar, Monbar, which is decorated in purple and black and it has a super classic, old school vibe.
All in all, Monhotel Paris exceeded my expectations and I am so happy I got to experience this place.
Amazing location, beautiful scenery, great food, what else could I possibly ask for?
If you want to enjoy a beautiful time in the City of Lights, book your stay at Monhotel Paris or email reservations at firstname.lastname@example.org
What did you think about this place? Doesn’t it make you want to stay there forever?

My stay was complimentary of Monhotel Paris but as always, all opinions are my own and would never recommend something I don’t genuinely like.
